Payments made online by credit card are made directly on the secure servers of our bank Crédit Agricole. We have no access to your bank details.

PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card at the end of the order on the secure server of our bank Crédit Agricole, by check or directly in store.

SHIPPING COST
For all orders, except in-store pick-up, delivery costs will be charged. The amount appears before the order is validated by the customer.

RIGHT TO RETRACT
According to article 121-19 of the consumer code, the customer has a period of 7 days following delivery to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties, to the except return costs.
This period is seven clear days from receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for the provision of services. When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
To give rise to a refund, the products must be returned in perfect condition for resale and complete, including packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid any dispute, in case of loss by the carrier of the returned product, always use a transport service that allows the package to be tracked and insure this package at the market value of the product.
